Amador Cruise Terminal - Transportation Hub of the Year (Jury Winner) As Panama’s new gateway for international tourism, Amador Cruise Terminal reimagines how infrastructure can enhance both urban identity and visitor experience. The project was recognized for its ability to combine efficiency, clarity, and architectural character in a civic-scale terminal that serves people and city equally.

Bioma - Unbuilt Mixed-Use Project of the Year (Public Vote Winner) Bioma proposes a new model for vertical urban living in Latin America. Designed as a living ecosystem, it integrates housing, well-being, culture, and shared spaces into a unified environment that promotes community in dense urban contexts, setting a new direction for mixed-use developments in the region.
